Papoose Files For Divorce & Claims Remy Ma Cheated On Him 'Numerous Times'

Papoose and Remy Ma are moving forward with their divorce following their recent dramatic back-and-forth on social media.

On Thursday, May 22, the "Alphabetical Slaughter" rapper took to Instagram and posted receipts after he formally began the process to divorce his estranged wife. In his caption, Pap explained that he decided to wait to file for divorce in order to protect the peace of the couple's daughter, Reminisce Mackenzie. He posted the legal documents after Remy Ma went on Instagram Live and dragged him following his new girlfriend Clarissa Shields' interview on The Breakfast Club.

During the interview, Shields addressed "the elephant in the room" by declaring her love for Pap and saying there are things that he still has to take care of. She didn't mention Remy by name and said it wasn't her place to speak on it, but the Terror Squad rapper knew what she was talking about. Not long after the interview aired, Remy hopped on Instagram Live and addressed Papoose directly.

"Every time your come-up mentions me, says anything or do anything that I don't like, every time your current come-up — I'mma drag you," Remy said into the camera. "And every time you bring your lil' girly self on here and sayin' something, I'mma drag you."

Papoose and Clarissa Shields began dating last year. The couple made their relationship official following the drama surrounding Remy Ma's alleged affair with battle rapper Eazy Tha Block Captain. Remy aired out their relationship back in December after she posted screenshots of the couple's text messages. Pap responded by calling her a "narcissist."

After Remy dragged him online, Papoose matched her energy by hopping on Instagram Live last night and providing his side of the drama. In his video, he claimed Remy Ma cheated on him "numerous times" after she came home from prison in 2014. He also claimed that he wrote 90 percent of Remy's songs from her debut album onward.
